MEET JABARI
My name is Jabari and I am running for Congress because we need something better. What our current elected leaders isn't cutting it, and we need a new approach that works for everyone.
A plan that looks out for the working and middle class. The cost of gas, renting, and getting basic groceries doesn't care which party any of us vote for.
Neither does the Private Equity firms that steal and exploit tax payers, cheat the system, and line their pockets at our expense.
Let's work together and choose something new. Lets put community over politics, and people over profits. Not the other way around.

For too long, Politicians in Illinois have pointed the finger and failed to deliver for Illinoisans. We don't need excuses, we need plans that fix the mess they made. Im an everyday person like you. And I will bring answers that we all can agree on.
FIGHTING PRIVATE EQUITY & CORPORATE GREED
Private Equity and Corporations have invaded our communities. They jack up prices, make it hard for hard working entrepreneurs to start or keep their businesses, and they steal all the hard work that our small businesses work for. No more. It's time to nip this in the bud, and make sure that everyone has a fair chance at the American Dream.
SOLUTIONS NOW
Politicians keep pointing the finger, and saying how they're gonna stand up to Trump. Here's the thing.
The issues we face, have been issues before Trump got to office. If elected, by the time figure out what to do, he'll be gone, and our community will be still struggling.
We need solutions now.
FIXING OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
Hospitals are closing left and right. The politicians running now have been in office since I was born. I studied healthcare management and long term care management. I studied health policy. But as long as we have the bueracracy stoping real change, insurance is going to be not possible, prescriptions and services will be a luxury no one can afford.
I will work across the aisle, starting NOW, to educate law makers on how to get out of this mess. No more partisan games. People are dying.
BRINGING COMMUNITY TOGETHER
All we have is each other. Our Community is very diverse and has a rich history. We have a dark past, but there's also beauty in it.
We have a choice to make as America turns 250 years old. Repeat the past, or choose a different path. No matter what that choice is, we will walk together.

We live in a great country. We live in a place where when you work hard, you should be able to get the things you want.
I am fighting for a new era. An Era where people have the ability to help those in need, and for those who need support, can still live in dignity, respect and opportunity to fix their situation.
