This is Jabari Taylor. I’m running for Congress, here in Illinois’s 7th District and I cant remember the last time we had a town hall.
I’m 32 and I’ve lived in this district my entire life. Democrats have controlled the state government since 1996. Today, our State has one of the highest property taxes, and a large, growing deficit. The current IL Primary winner La Shawn Ford, has been in office for over 19 years now, and the Governor is planning a presidential run, who also has been in politics since the 1996.
We shouldn't be promoting decades of empty promises and a one-sided government. We need something different.
